1. How does scent customization work?

When placing your order, you'll have the option to choose a scent from our fragrance library or create your own custom blend by combining two or more scents. You can also leave notes if you’d like us to adjust the strength or profile (e.g., “light and fresh” or “warm and sweet”).

2. Can I order unscented products?

Absolutely! We offer an unscented option for all of our body products, perfect for sensitive skin or those who prefer fragrance-free skincare.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our formulas are made with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, we always recommend checking the ingredient list and doing a patch test before full use—especially when customizing scents.

6. Can I reorder the same custom scent again?

Definitely! If you created a custom blend you love, we recommend naming it in your order notes so we can save it to your customer profile. You can also reference your past order number for an exact match.

7. What if I’m not happy with my custom scent?

We want you to love your product! If you're not satisfied with your custom scent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we can’t offer full refunds on custom blends, we’ll do our best to make it right.

10. Can I create custom gifts or bulk orders for events?

Absolutely! We offer bulk and custom gift options for weddings, showers, corporate gifts, and more. Send us a message through our Contact page, and we’ll help bring your vision to life.

11. Temperature Sensitivity 

Due to the natural ingredients in our products, particularly our body butters and scrubs, they may be sensitive to temperature changes.

Seasonal Melting Notice:
During warmer months or in warmer climates, your product may soften or melt in transit or when stored in a warm space. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

What to Do If Your Product Melts:
If your body butter or scrub arrives melted or softer than usual, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Once it firms up again, it’s good to use!

To maintain the best consistency, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place.
